Yd TRAINING IS A LABOUR OF LOVE, FROM A TEAM THAT’S BEEN IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR 10 YEARS. WE LOVE WATCHING THE FITNESS & WELLNESS SPACE EVOLVE AND GROW. HAVING MAINLY SPENT OUR TIME RUNNING GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS WE LOVE BUILDING COMMUNITIES AND CREATING SPACES THAT ALLOW PEOPLE TO GROW, SOCIALISE AND TRAIN. SPACES THAT PEOPLE ENJOY COMING TO.

Yd TRAINING IS A one stop fitness and recovery space on the mornington peninsula. our aim has been to create a holistic health and wellness space that forgoes the need for MULTIPLE memberships.

offering all access passes for those who want to take advantage of the full space and what it has to offer. THEY INCLUDE UNLIMITED ACCESS TO ALL ASPECTs OF OUR GROUP FLOOR SPACE: GROUP TRAINING, FULL ACCESS/STAND ALONE GYM AND OUR RECOVERY ZONE.

WE ALSO HAVE gym & recovery only memberships for the solo travellers.

OUR CLASS PROGRAMMING WILL RUN IN 6 WEEK TRAINING BLOCKS. DURING OUR LOAD SESSIONS FOR EACH PHASE COACHES WILL ENCOURAGE YOUTO REVISIT FOCUS MOVEMENTS FOR BENCHMARKING & GOAL SETTING.
