OUR HYBRID SESSIONS KICK OFF THE WEEK WITH A BIT OF EVERYTHING. THINK FAST PACED MOVEMENTS WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO THROW AROUND SOME WEIGHTS AND BUILD A SWEAT.

our saturday 60 minute session. encompassing exercises and movements from during the week, always different and never one to miss.
flow
Our Flow session is a slow paced class with a focus on stability, range of motion and balance. Including resistance and body weight movements it's a great way to finish the week with a little less pressure than our LOAD formats.
